    Group Coaching is designed for teams training for a specific distance, such as a 5K, half marathon, or marathon. With a minimum of six athletes, each group receives a structured training plan built around the collective goal, plus monthly Zoom check-ins to review progress, answer questions, and keep everyone on track.
