Can my running plan adapt to my work or travel schedule?
Yes. Every personalized running program is built to fit your lifestyle, work hours, travel, and recovery needs to support sustainable progress.

What if I miss a workout?
Life happens. Your training plan will be adjusted to maintain consistency, reduce injury risk, and keep progress moving forward safely.

How much does a running coach cost?
Pricing varies by level of support and customization. Run with Grace Coaching offers clear, tiered packages for 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and structured training plans.

Is there a minimum commitment for online run coaching?
Yes. Fees are charged monthly, so a one-month commitment is the minimum.

Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes. All payment plans are monthly, unless otherwise stated for promotions or other sales events.

Are refunds offered?
Typically, no, but I will always consider extenuating circumstances such as major life events like a serious health event, moving, etc.

What certifications does your running coach hold?
I am an RRCA Level I Certified Running Coach and hold a current CPR certification, ensuring evidence-based programming and athlete safety.

What is RRCA certification?
RRCA certification reflects formal education in running biomechanics, endurance training, injury prevention, and safe coaching practices.

Are you qualified to coach beginner runners?

What equipment do I need to start run coaching?
A quality pair of running shoes and commitment to consistent training are the only essentials. Everything else is supplemental.
